Cancellation Policy

If you do have to cancel your booking we will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation. However, your deposit will not normally be refunded because of the administrative costs of making the Booking and the re-letting of the accommodation.

It is our policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable for:

30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit
60% within 13 days
80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
Non arrivals will be charged the full amount for the stay

Deposits

We will ask for a £ 20.00 per room non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the balance of payment due on departure.

Golf Breaks

In addition to the non-refundable deposit, payment for the Perthshire Highland Golf Ticket and the Perthshire Green Card is required in advance of your stay.

We suggest guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellations

We do not allow pets
